Tools for operators.
Apex+ is the membership for the Apex Labs apps, made for people who want to build, analyze, track and create.
Each app was made for operators: people who put productivity, excellence and efficiency first. One membership opens all five.
Build. Analyze. Track. Create.
Five apps, each with one job, all on one account.
Run real projects with the numbers in front of you: budgets, pay apps, RFIs, schedules and daily logs.
Study markets with charts, patterns, sectors and the economy, and read the news without drowning in it.
Keep every open issue, step and update in one place, and see how your days actually go.
Why it's a membership
I made these apps, and I want to share them with the world.
Apex Labs is one person, not a company with investors or an ad network. It's me building tools, and opening them up to anyone who works the same way.
Running them isn't free. Servers, market data and the AI inside the apps all cost money every month. Your membership is what pays for that, and what keeps the apps improving. In return you get every app, every feature and every update, with nobody selling your attention or your data.
If you build things, track things and like your tools fast and focused, I think you'll feel at home.
What being a member means
Not a bundle of trials. One membership, everything open, for as long as you're in.
Every app, fully open
Fraywire, Journaler, urIssue, Glideslope AI and CivilXL. No tiers, no add-ons, no per-app fees.
Every update as it ships
New apps and new features land in your membership the day they're ready.
An assistant in every app
Fray in Fraywire, the Analyst in Glideslope, Ask CivilXL, and Talk to your journal and your task list. Members only.
Apps that pass the baton
News, research and documents move between the apps in one click. No copy and paste.
No ads, no data sales
Members pay for the apps, so the apps work for members. Your data stays yours.
Straight to the builder
One person builds all of this. Ideas and bug reports reach the person who fixes them.
Cloud saves in the games
Pick up an Apex Labs game on any computer, right where you left off. The games stay free for everyone.
One Apex account
One sign-in and one app drawer across every app, so switching from the news to your task list is one click.
Free stays free
Fraywire and Glideslope keep a free version; World in Conflict, Breaking Metrics and Big Browser Games stay open to all.
Where your $20 goes
No investors and no ads means the membership is the whole budget. This is what it pays for.

Questions, answered
What is Apex+?
The membership for the Apex Labs apps, made for people who want to build, analyze, track and create. One membership opens Fraywire, Journaler, urIssue, Glideslope AI and CivilXL on a single account.
Who makes it?
Apex Labs, which is one person: me. There's no big company, no investors and no ads. The membership pays for the servers, the data and the AI that run the apps.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your membership continues at $20 a month, or $180 a year if you pick yearly. You'll get a reminder before any charge and can cancel any time from your account.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes, but nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
Are all five apps really included?
Yes, all fully open from day one with the same sign-in. No tiers or add-ons.
Is anything free without a membership?
Yes. Fraywire and Glideslope have free versions, and World in Conflict, the Breaking Metrics newsletter and every game on Big Browser Games are free for everyone. Apex+ opens everything else.
Do I need Apex+ to play the games?
No. The games are free and need no account. Members get cloud saves, so a campaign started on one computer picks up on another.
Can Fraywire buy or sell stocks for me?
No. Fraywire is for research and learning. It shows data and explains it; it never places trades, and nothing in it is investment advice.
Where does the market data come from?
Daily (end-of-day) prices come from Tiingo and update each evening after the close. Economic series come from the Federal Reserve's FRED database.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything travels over encrypted connections, there are no ads, and your information is never sold or shared.
